Discrete compounding in code-pulse modulation telemetering systems

Yu. L. Bortnyakov

Leningrad
Abstract: The paper is concerned with the use of discrete compounding in telemetering systems with code-pulse modulation. Relations of the mean and variances of the system error versus the number of subranges and the values of their bounds, the number of bits handled by the analog-to-digital converter, characteristics of the communication channel and the signal are obtained.
