Abstract: The paper is concerned with an algorithm for fast estimation of parameters of dynamic systems where compressed input and output signals are used. A modified Kalman filter is used to estimate the parameters. Computer simulation results are given. The advantages of compressed signals in parameter estimation over uncompressed ones are studied.
