A certain problem which develops in designing monitoring tests for logical nets

R. G. Notkin

Leningrad
Abstract: The paper proposes a general approach to the problem of detecting a set of logical network faults such that a test detecting faults from this set detects all possible faults. This is achieved by using relations of absorption and equivalence introduced for a set of all faults in the network. The application of the general approach to two classes of systems is discussed.
