A hybrid method for solving partial differential equations of parabolic type

A. A. Petrov

Moscow
Abstract: The paper is concerned with hybrid computation of partial differential equations of the parabolic type when the right-hand part includes substantial nonlinearities. A differential-difference method is described which is effective in the sense of computation time and amount of hardware required. The accuracy, stability and convergence ot tne posed method are analyzed.
