Stochastic Systems

Optimum allocation of resources in the functioning of complex systems

V. I. Grishin, N. V. Yefimova

Moscow
Abstract: A method to determine the vector of resource allocation parameters (controls) which ensure the most effective functioning of an arbitrary complex system. The system phase coordinates are assumed defined as allocation parameter function. The method combines linear programming and correction, very similar to convex programming. The algorithm for finding the solution is given and its convergence proved.
