Algorithm for constructing the decision rule in the pattern recognition problem using fuzzy sets

Abstract: A linear separating function is constructed for patter recognition by an algorithm of fuzzy classification. Properties of an optimal solution of the fuzzy classification problem are proved and an algorithm for minimizing the overall recognition error is proposed. Data on experimental studies of the algorithm are given.
