Technical Diagnostics

Identifying the state of majority redundant control systems

N. I. Davydovskaya

Moscow
Abstract: The paper is concerned with design of a system for diagnosis of majority redundant controllers. The majority and test elements are deployed by using graphs of signal propagation. The possibility of obtaining a troubleshooting test for the controller from checking tests for individual removable plates is condisidered. The design of a sequential diagnostic procedure is described which is optimized in terms of distinguishability, a criterion which recognizes the effect of element faults on probability characterises of the controller.
