Adaptive Systems

Design of extremal systems that are stable under any polynomial drift

V. V. Kazakevich, Yu. V. Shcherbina

Moscow
Abstract: The paper is concerned with behaviour of a continuous-discrete search systems with synchronous detection of rectangular test signals. The system stability in face of polynomial drift of the extreme characteristic is increased by making the shape of test signals more sophisticated in a certain way. In this way the accuracy of maintaining the extremum in steady state is also improved.
