Developing Systems

The optimality feature for one problem of economic planning

V. N. Mokhov

Moscow
Abstract: Assuming piecewise continuity of the solution, the necessary and sufficient extremum conditions are obtained for a linear dynamic optimal control problem with mixed constraints which is interpreted as a problem of optimal economic planning. Unlike well-known papers [1, 2] the optimality feature is obtained without limit transition in the sequence of almost complete solutions of the conjugte systems.
