Design of adaptive controllers belonging to variable structure systems

Abstract:
For a wide ragne on nonstationary industrial plants techniques are proposed whereby controllers are designed in which belong to the class of variable structure systems; the controllers use data only on the controlled variable and easily adapt to the varying plant parameters.
