The method of two-step identification in estimation of MIS cost-effectiveness

I. S. Durgaryan, F. F. Pashchenko

Moscow
Abstract: The identification method described in the pauer improves the model accuracy because the data on unobservable plant inputs is incorporated although these cannot be directly represented in the model. A forecasting model is developed by this method to estimate the MIS cost-efectiveness.
