A method tо solve the problem of group selection with the use of metric spaces

B. S. Meteva, I. V. Popchev

a Sofia, BNR
Abstract: The problem of group selection is formulated and its solution is given for the case where individual opinions are perfect binary relations of strict preference (PRRSP) and use the metric space of these relations. The solutions are all transitive relations of this kind which minimize a certain function of the distance to specified PRRSP's.
