Deterministic Systems

Conditions for in stability in systems of interacting subsystems and their application to chemical kinetics problems

V. N. Orlov

Moscow
Abstract: The problem of stability of the equilibrium in a system of identical subsystems which exchange resources is reduced to investigation of the Jacobi matrix properties for a subsystem. In terms of matrix elements conditions for instability to arise are given. Examples of diffusional instability of the equilibrium position in equations of chemical kinetics are discussed.
