Design of tests for digital circuits by the use of a model of alternative graphs

Abstract: Alternative graphs are used in description of digital circuits for which tests are generated. Graph design methods are described for a specified digital circuit. A method is proposed for design of paired tests to check the paths of a combinational circuit. The model potential is investigated for design of tests of digital circuit modules.
