V. K. Akinfiev, A. V. Karibsky, A. D. Tsvirkun

Moscow
Abstract: Methods are described for optimizing the investment programs of development for large scale industrial and transportation systems. An investment model is described for a single product system incorporating a model for production elements, a model for the transportation part, and a set of constraints. A physical interpretations of model elements and examples of solving actual problems are given.
