Control in biological systems

Structural analysis of generalized indicators

I. I. Tolmasskaya

Moscow
Abstract: The structure is investigated of a generalized indicator (GI) obtained by the method of extremal grouping of parameters which contain information on dynamics of developing plants. The GPs error in approximating a GI by a linear combination of two simpler, structure-wise, and optimal, in terms of the r.m.s. error is calculated. A dependence of the upper estimate of the error on the GI «performance» is constructed. An example is given in analysis of the GI of basic public health resources for large regions.
