Control in biological systems

A closed loop simulation model for a public health service model represented as relations of market type

A. N. Putintsev, A. I. Yashin

Moscow
Abstract: A mathematical model is suggested for a public health service system represented as relations of market type. The effect of exogenous activities which entail transient processes in the functioning dynamics is considered. Various control strategies are analyzed in the presence of transient processes in different economic modes typical of a market economy.
