Estimating the Natural Degradation of the Stability Margin for Integrated Bubble Devices

V. G. Kleparskiy

Moscow
Abstract: For extensive operation both the upper and the lower boundaries of the integrated bubble device stability margin are shown to depend on the local state instability of uniform magnetization and conditions for this instability to occur are formulated. Under these conditions an estimate of the extreme (natural) boundaries of the stability margin caused by thermal fluctuations in the bubble material is provided. The resultant numerical estimates are in good agreement with reported experimental findings.
