Abstract: A problem of control of linear autonomous differential-difference systems for violation of the condition of complete controllability and uncontrolled initial state is studied. A problem of system trajectory nullification and its delay there within any specified time period is posed. A new condition for solvability of this problem is proved and a constructive solution is proposed.
