Deterministic Systems

Dynamic properties of nonstationary controllable systems

L. S. Gnoenskiĭ, G. M. Rozenblat

Moscow
Abstract: The paper is concerned with В. V. Bulgakov's problem of accumulated disturbances |1,2] and the mode of reconstructing the input disturbances in control systems which are described by a nonstationary differential equation. Some estimates of the accuracy of such systems are explicitly expressed as ranges of the roots of a quasi-characteristic system equation and the others, as ranges of the equation coefficients.
