Simulation of individual socio-economic behavior

G. V. Vesioliy

Lviv
Abstract: A model is proposed of the individual's socio-economic behavior as an optimal control problem with a variable structure and discontinuous state variables. The necessary optimally conditions are provided as the Pontryagin maximum principle. For illustration the individual's movement between two regions is discussed.
