Local data processing algorithms in linear systems

For ascertaining the state of a linear system on input measurements over a finite interval the analysis of the potential of linear observers shows that the observer gain depends on time. Singularities such as a pole occur in the initial or final point of the interval. Two types of observers are analyzed as are the properties of observers with high-rate processing of measurements in the vicinity of the initial measurement time.
