Control of moving heat sources

V. A. Kubyshkin, V. I. Finyagina

Moscow
Abstract: The problem is stated of computing moving controls when a heating source is moving along a path which stays in a limited area in a plane. The process state is described by two heat conductivity equations. The problem is solved by substitution and by distributed control of mobility. These methods are extended to two-dimensional processes. Cases are reported of computing mobile controls in a plane.
