Decomposition of the choice of possible direction in the problem of discrete time optimal control

A. Y. Ilyutovich

Moscow
Abstract: A method is proposed for decomposition of the choice of possible direction in a nonlinear optimal control problem with mixed constraints imposed on the controls and state coordinates. For one class of directions the choice problem is shown reducible to the resource allocation problem formulated on the knowledge of the original approximation and the solution of this is reducible to two-level decomposition.
