Group choice rules in problems with comparisons of individual preferences

E. B. Yanovskaya

Leningrad
Abstract: Problems are discussed of group choice with a given relation of interpersonal comparisons of individual preferences are. This relation is supposed to be a strong ranking on the Cartesian product of a set of options and a set of individuals. An axiomatic characterization of all group choice rules satisfying Arrow's axioms for these problems is given. Among these rules the anonymous and the strong neutral ones are pointed out.
