Abstract: The suggestion is made to use the methods of perturbations for the implementation of the conditions of nonlocal improvement in the class of optimal control problems that are quadratic in the state and linear in control. The methods are specified by the absence of the operation of the weak or the acicular variation and by the basic possibility of the nonlocal improvement of controls that satisfy the maximum principle.
