Abstract: A class of game models of economic system interaction is discussed where the strategies are product (resource) allocations for the internal and external activities. An equilibrium situation is shown to exist and the necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained. The properties of the situation for a two-player game are studied. The results are extended to $n$-player games.
