Conditions of loca*l minimum for singular modes in systems with linear control

V. A. Dykhta

Irkutsk
Abstract: Conditions are found under which a path which meets a “typical” sufficient condition of a weak minimum in a problem with linear infinite control makes the functional also $L_1$-minimal (or minimal in the class of control variations) which are large in magnitude but lumped on a set of small measure.
