Deterministic Systems

On successive pursuit

I. I. Shevchenko

Moscow
Abstract: On a plane a simple differential game of a pursuer and a coalition of two evaders is investigated. The payoff is the time spent by the pursuer in approaching one of the evaders to within $R\geq0$ and subsequent pointwise pursuit of the other evader. The choice of the pursuit sequence at the initial time is discussed.
