Adaptive Systems

An adaptive Monte Carlo technique in nonlinear identification

N. V. Epikhova

Moscow
Abstract: An adaptive analog of the Monte Carlo technique is suggested for accelerating the calculation of integrals with the use of the Neumann procedure for generation of random sequences. The approach is used in identification of dynamic plants with a nonlinear observer. The potential for recognizing the a priori information on parameter values and statistical properties of noise in the observation channel is ascertained.
