Deterministic Systems

A kinematic observer

B. L. Bimbirekov

Moscow
Abstract: A design method and a modified structural diagram are suggested for an observer of a linear stationary plant. The method does not require replacement of coordinates in plant equations in order to reduce the output signals matrix to the form $[I:O]$. The structure is designed for an observer whose reduced circuit makes use of the kinematic dependence between the plant state vector and output signal vector.
