On feasibility of job execution with regard for computer reliability

Abstract: For a controllable restorable computer the Laplace-Stieltjes transformation is determined of the distribution function of executing a job of a certain size and its mean value, assuming that the job execution, restoration time and MTBF are random values with an arbitrary distribution law.
