The lower bound of a root mean square filtering performance criterion in quasilinear plants with incomplete information

Abstract: A recurrence lower estimate of the filtering performance is suggested for plants which are specified only as an approximate linear methematical model. Earlier the upper bound of the filtering performance has been obtained and a suboptimal filter designed.
