Theory of algorithmical finite automaton languages. II. Comparison of languages effectiveness-wise
O. P. Kuznetsov Moscow
Abstract:
Two aspects of effectiveness are distinguished, that of description (expressiveness) and that of implementation. It is shown that for some languages there are no standard implementations and that in the class of standardly implementable languages a more expressive language is more effective in implentation.
