Generation of the utmost load distribution function as a function of physical properties of hardware

N. A. Kozhevnikov, V. A. Kuznetsov

Moscow
Abstract: A correlation distribution is obtained for utmost loads; its particular cases are the widely used. Bernstein and alpha-distribution. The distribution enables estimating the basic characteristics of accuracy of fault-immunity of automatic hardware with a allowance for real values of exogenous loads and physical properties of units. An example is given of determining the probability of faultless operation in face ionizing radiation with the use of correlation distribution.
