Some problems in investigating and optimizing the operator training processes

The problem discussed in the paper is formalizing and subsequent optimization of the processes of management information system operator training. Modeling of such processes results in a class of problems of parametric optimization of dynamic processes. The proposed theoretical-and-experimental approach to their solution by using Lurie's transformation and the Box-Wilson method enables optimization of air traffic controller training.
