Technical Diagnostics

Estimation of the information costs of a circuit testing diagnostics

A. P. Goryashko

Moscow
Abstract: A characteristic of labor consumption in testing diagnostics is proposed which is referred to as informational cost. A design method is developed which leads to an upper-bound of the information cost which coincides (in the order of magnitude) with the lower-bound.
