A structural way то determine the relations between faults in digital combinational circuits

V. A. Vashin

Moscow
Abstract: A structural approach is described whereby the equivalence and absorption relations between faults are determined. The notion of the orthogonality ratio between faults is introduced and a method for its determination is defined. The orthogonality relation leads to a rule for finding the decomposition of the original set of faults into orthogonal subsets.
