A problem in optimal control of population processed

Abstract: One class of random partially observable controlled processes is discussed which describes the population dynamics. Expressions are provided for optimal controls in the case when controls belong to a certain convex polyhedron and the functional of losses is specified as a nonnegatively definite quadratic form.
