Deterministic Systems

On change of the phase volume in control systems with discontinuous responses

È. M. Solnechnyi

Moscow
Abstract: The possibility of extending classical expressions for the behaviour of a phase volume and the rate of its change to a class of control systems with discontinuous responses, which includes variable structure system, is discussed. For three particular cases absolute continuity of the phase volume is established as a function of time and expressions for its derivatives are obtained.
