Boundary estimates of noise-immune digital units under fluctuating noise

V. V. Nosov

Moscow
Abstract: A method is suggested for boundary reliability estimation, of the digital unit (DU), functioning under noises. Assertion are proved which enable estimation of the DU fault probability in the presence of fluctuation noise. For a particular case DU noise immunity estimates are given as a function of the number and properties of logical elements.
