Abstract: An entropic method is proposed for finding the weighting coefficients of particular criteria in design of an integral additive criterion which is used for relative performance evaluation of a group of identical plants. The method employs analysis of r.m.s. deviations of particular criteria that are obtained for the entire totality of the plants.
