Planning mechanisms in allocation of a limited resource

Abstract: A wide range of planning mechanisms allocate a resource according to the valuesд of its utility factor reported by the producing elements. The elements a employ strategies which are optimal in terms of the maximal quaranteed result and according to Edgeworth. Depending on the number of elements and the original knowledge available. to Center mechanisms are found which are optimal for Center in this class.
