Abstract: Conditions of existence of periodic modes in pulse with modulation systems of the second kind are discussed. An algorithm for search and computation of periodic modes is provided. A domain is obtained in which periodic modes can exist for systems whose pulse-frequency response is delta-shaped. Small delays of the nonnegative pulse-frequency response are shown not to guarantee the existence of periodic modes while large ones quaratee their absence.
