Abstract: The method of [1] is applied to the analysis and design of algorithms for extremal control of static plants incorporated in a dynamic system and for identification of linear dynamic systems. A unified approach is found possible to design and proof of convergence of adaptation algorithms to be used in the loop of a stochastic sampled data dynamic system.
