Estimating the mean value of the scalar field with an unknown correlational noise function

Abstract: The paper is concerned with estimating the mean value of a sclar field with minimal a priori and a posteriori data on the correlational noise function in the channel of indirect field measurement. Linear and nonlinear algorithms are proposed forpointwise and interval estimation of the mean value. Their analytical; study is described.
