Detection of statistically optimal systems by successively applied accuracy criteria

The problem is formulated of system which are optimal in terms of successively applied statistical accuracy criteria which are arranged by priority. A solution method is proposed which employs analysis of the necessary conditions for existence of solutions. The efficacy of the approach is demonstrated also for adaptive game methods.
