Optimal control of resonant light-matter interaction

Abstract:
An iterative method of optimal quantum system control makes use of resonant electromagnetic fields and is applicable to highdimension systems. Numerical results are obtained in computing the maximal inverse population of a three-level system excited by three fields with an allowance for relaxation.
