Abstract: Consideration was given to the problem of control of the linear dynamic system where the main goal of control lies in system retention within the phase constraints under the given deterministic perturbation. To solve it, examined was an auxiliary problem of optimal control with a quadratic performance criterion having matrices depending on some selected weight coefficients eventually defining observation of the phase constraints under optimal control. A method was proposed to construct the knoware for problem solution based on representation of the system fundamental matrix as the matrix exponent decomposed in the matrix series.
