Abstract: For the linear stationary dynamic systems, the necessary and sufficient conditions for output invariance to arbitrary external perturbations were substantiated by solving the matrix equations with the help of the canonization method. The conditions obtained were used to design controllers maintaining this invariance. The results were extended to the problem of parametric invariance. The paper was confined to the linear stationary systems without delays and constraints on control. An illustrating example was presented.
